Kindergarten is so much fun! We have been having a blast! This week, we have learned a lot of new things. I hope your child has been telling you all the fun things we have been doing. Ask about the fun science experiment we did to make the color green! We have been reading very basic books that have our STAR WORDS in them: I, am. Some of the kids are so surprised, shocked, impressed that they can read. I love seeing their proud faces after reading a sentence, such as, "I am A." We are quickly introducing all the letters of the alphabet now, really only working on recognizing letters. So, quiz your kids on letters, and point out I and am to them and ask them to READ it :)
I have pictures to post on the blog, but I am waiting on permission from a few parents before I can post. So just be patient, the pictures are coming!!
